ShipMobile ("we", "us", or "our") operates https://www.shipmobile.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or purchase our iOS boilerplate, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using ShipMobile you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide directly
- Purchase data — when you buy via Razorpay we receive your name, email address, and payment confirmation details (we never see or store your raw card/UPI details — those stay with Razorpay).
- Support communications — if you email us, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics — basic page-view data (pages visited, referrer, country) via privacy-friendly analytics. No cross-site tracking.
- Server logs — standard web-server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages accessed. These are deleted automatically after 30 days.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the product you purchased (repository access, download link).
- To send you transactional emails related to your purchase (receipt, updates).
- To respond to your support requests.
- To improve the website and product based on aggregated, anonymous usage data.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services

5. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies (session management). We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

Purchase records are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian tax/accounting regulations. Support emails are retained for 2 years. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Object to or restrict processing.

8. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Sensitive credentials are stored encrypted. We follow industry-standard security practices, but no system is 100% secure — please contact us immediately if you suspect any breach.
9. Children's Privacy
ShipMobile is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of ShipMobile after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
