Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the ShipMobile iOS boilerplate ("Product"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

ShipMobile is operated by Vishwas Verma ("we", "us"). Our contact email is hello@shipmobile.app.

2. The Product

ShipMobile is a SwiftUI iOS boilerplate codebase that includes pre-built authentication, payment integration, AI integrations, and other features to help you build and ship iOS apps faster.

The Product is sold as a one-time purchase. You receive access to the private GitHub repository for the lifetime of the product.

3. License

What you CAN do

  • Use the Product to build unlimited personal or commercial iOS applications.
  • Modify, adapt, and build upon the code for your own projects.
  • Use the Product for client projects.

What you CANNOT do

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the source code itself — whether free or paid.
  • Create competing boilerplate, starter kit, or template products derived from the code.
  • Remove copyright notices from the code.
  • Share your GitHub repository access credentials with others who have not purchased the Product.

One purchase = one developer seat. Teams of more than one developer require one purchase per developer.

4. Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see your raw card or UPI details.
  • Purchases are subject to Razorpay's terms of service.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately-deliverable nature of the Product, all sales are final and non-refundable once repository access has been granted.

If you have not yet received repository access within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us at hello@shipmobile.app and we will resolve it immediately.

If there is a technical defect that prevents the Product from functioning as described, we will make every reasonable effort to fix it. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we may at our discretion offer a full refund.

6. Delivery

After successful payment you will receive a GitHub repository invitation at the email address associated with your purchase. Invitations are sent automatically — please check your spam folder. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, email us.

7. Updates

We provide product updates at our discretion. Major version updates are included for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months you retain access to the code you have already received but are not entitled to future updates.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Product remain with ShipMobile. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product as described in Section 3. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Product to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, that it will meet your specific requirements, or that it will be compatible with future versions of iOS, Xcode, Swift, or any third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipMobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

11. Third-Party Services

The Product integrates with or references third-party services (Supabase, RevenueCat, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Firebase, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use ShipMobile, directly or indirectly, to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Build applications that are fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or illegal.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
